is this for real? didn’t watch game last night as listened to Cardiff v Leicester instead.

  2. Tim Dobson:
It is fake. Messi is a great player but isn’t political.

Yes he is. There is a picture circulating of him holding a “Free Palestine” shirt widely available on the Web.

Obvious fake. Messi’s face was covered with stubble last night, and his hair was shorter.

  4. Yes, it was definitely not from last night – Messi hair’s is quite a bit shorter at the moment. Fantastic from him last night. As for no 1, another way of putting it would be a, perhaps misguided, attempt by team mates not letting him out to dry.

The evil Tim Dobson has debunked my posting of this photo on Facebook, crushing all our hopes and dreams.

Just as well ‘admin’ posted this fakery, otherwise we’d know who the gullible plonker is.

Tony Collins? Andy Newman? John Wight?

Which joker made a fool out of themselves this time????

Brilliant. Real international solidarity and support for Palestine too.
Look forward to an English player doing the same, but then most are far too thick and parochrial to know who Chavez was.

You are the living embodiment of why socialism will never play a role of any significance in the UK other than as a club of embittered navel gazers.

Before sneering at English players (ironic to refer to others as “thick” while you misspell “parochial” in the same post) it would be wiser to check whether the image is real. P.S: its isn’t.

Interesting that noone seems bothered enough to ammend the post, explaining it was fake.

  12. Billirubin,

You posted this comment at 3.08AM.

Don’t you have anything better to do at that time in the morning?

What a sad, sad person you are.

Get a grip. The walls of Jericho haven’t come tumbling down. The earth is still turning on its axis.

    Life goes on.

Even if it is fake it’s what Lionel would do if he were me :)
Or maybe that should read, it’s what I would do if I were him.

    It’s early.
